Well probably falling on deaf ears as I don't think anyone visits here anymore, but just in case, here goes!
I am just going to have to stay away from URE. It definatley has my number for some reason Especially Kodac. I have busted Ujoints,bent Dshafts, broke fan shroud, broke motor mount, flopped, and now broke 4:1. Was out there a few weeks ago and it started out real wet. After making a few attempts to make it up while gaining some slider rash,It turned into a 3rd gear pedal to the floor ordeal. Once on top, we eventually headed down the trail and I started hearing a grinding/rattling noise. Stopped and got out to look but did not see anything out of place. Got to the road and and put it into 2 wheel drive and still had the noise! Called it a day. Removed it last night with my new 2 stage tranny jack (can you say SAWEET!) Split the case and the bushing were gone in a couple of the cluster gears in the 4:1 Call TeraFlex and got a RMA and sent it back to them today for evaluation and estimate on repair cost. I was begging them for a break We will have to see............

Durn the luck. At least you didn't break it running over a parking stop at the mall. You just have to build it stronger and go back.

Sorry to hear that Steave. I guess that mean you dont want to go to URE next weekend......

Could be worse mine is from falling apart from just sitting in the driveway. I have not had the money to take it anywhere this year.
